Standard subscribers receive organized state-specific templates, checklists, sample documents, application guidance, and a structured roadmap for completing the licensure process with their own team.

Premium subscribers receive higher-touch, done-for-you implementation support—from compliance intake and document preparation through application readiness, submission coordination, deficiency responses, and approval tracking.

California Premium subscribers receive the Dental Board of California certification course approvals.

05 Branded SMV Learning Management Ssystem Platform

More than a student course delivery online portal. SMV provides a connected platform system that includes cohort-by-cohort online student learning, instructor certification and professional development, a complete instructor teaching platform with hour-by hour lab teaching guides, lesson plans, student comptenecy validation tools, and a staff training portal for admissions, student onboarding, class operations, and launch readiness.

02 Clinical Ready™ Validation-Based Curriculum

Unlike traditional grade-based programs, Clinical Ready™ uses a Pass / Not Yet competency model. Students must demonstrate critical skills to the required standard before advancing. When a student is not yet ready, the skill gap is documented, targeted remediation is assigned, and the student must successfully reattempt the competency.

For dentist-owned schools, this creates greater confidence that students are being prepared for real operatory expectations—not simply completing coursework and receiving a credential.

06 Done-for-You Marketing

SMV builds and coordinates the student-acquisition system for your campus—including campaign strategy, ad creative, conversion-focused landing pages, lead-capture forms, automated follow-up workflows, and lead routing into your cohort enrollment calendar. Your team receives an organized pipeline for moving prospective students from first inquiry to Demo Day™, orientation, application, and enrollment. SMV provides the marketing infrastructure and coordination; each campus is responsible only for funding its chosen advertising budget.

03 Operations Playbook

From cohort scheduling and student onboarding to instructor preparation, weekly labs, chairside drills, validation, remediation, and externship coordination, SMV provides the written playbooks your team needs to operate the program consistently. Each week includes structured teaching plans, activity sequences, materials lists, performance standards, documentation tools, and staff responsibilities—so instructors know what to teach, administrators know what to prepare, and your school does not have to invent its operating system from scratch.

07 Ongoing Client Success

A dedicated Client Success Manager and Intake Manager guide your practice from activation through launch and ongoing school operations. They coordinate onboarding, train your staff on admissions, enrollment, platforms, and school workflows, provide organized access to curriculum documents and operating resources, oversee your school website and platform setup, track launch milestones, and coordinate the SMV teams supporting licensure, marketing, and implementation—so your practice is never left trying to build or operate the school alone.

How Pricing Works

California Activation is $7,500 per month and a $ 2, 500 launch fee since it includes 5 Dental Board of California Certification courses + $900/month & includes curriculum, and 3 technology school platforms. and a done-for-you marketing fee. All other states is $7,500 activation fee + $900/month.
