All pathways include no royalties, no tuition share, no per-student fees, and unlimited student seats while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

$1,500 activation + $399/month
Core launch pathway with standard dental assisting curriculum materials, instructor lab guides, student handouts, school document templates, platform buildout specs, and state licensure pathway templates and guidance.
Annual renewal: $500 beginning Year 2.
PREMIUM
$2,100 activation + $499/month
Recommended pathway with Clinical Ready™ curriculum, state licensure done-for-you, expanded onboarding, instructor platform access, Demo Day™ enrollment systems, implementation guidance, and premium launch support.
Annual renewal: $1,000 beginning Year 2.
CALIFORNIA PREMIUM
$2,500 activation + $1,000 California pathway fee + $595/month
Premium-level pathway for California practices, including affiliate-campus/exemption planning, California-specific documentation support, Dental Board certification course approvals, and BPPE pathway planning.
Annual renewal: $1,200 beginning Year 2.

Once your practice is verified, SMV sends the agreement, issues the QuickBooks activation invoice, and begins a phased onboarding process starting with state licensure pathway work — the most urgent step in launching your school.
