WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
1.
Practice and pathway review
SMV reviews the information submitted and confirms the appropriate subscription pathway.
2. Agreement issued through SignWell
If approved, SMV sends the correct subscription agreement for review and signature.
3. QuickBooks activation invoice
The activation invoice is issued immediately after the agreement is signed and must be paid within three calendar days.
4. Onboarding begins
Onboarding starts after the activation payment has cleared and SMV has received the completed ACH or credit-card authorization for recurring monthly payments.
